WHY GET A RUNNING COACH?
Often runners don't get a running coach because they believe they are not good enough for a coach. There is a misconception that coaches are for fast people. Podium people. Rake-thin-singlet-wearing people. So they wait to get a running coach for when they 'deserve' one. Often it is only when they are injured, over trained, demotivated, or frustrated that they get a coach. Just as you wouldn't try and become an expert pianist before hiring a piano tutor, don't make yourself wait to get a running coach. Getting coaching means you get:

WHERE IS YOUR RUNNING COACH LOCATED?
I am located in Adelaide, South Australia, a beautiful place for trail running with recreation parks and national parks lining the city.
DO YOU PROVIDE RUNNING COACHING ONLINE?
I absolutely can provide running coaching online. There are plenty of ways to 'meet', look at gait, create running plans, and communicate online.
WHY ARE YOU CHEAPER THAN OTHER COACHES?
While I have decades of experience with teaching as a profession, am a highly experienced runner, and am a qualified, experienced coach, I am not a super fast runner who can coach you to placings.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
My focus in working with you will be in establishing a foundation for you to be able to run long term. We will build you progressively to ensure that you don't over train and you avoid injury. You will achieve your goals without losing your (or while developing) love of running. We will focus forming consistent habits, then build your base from which you can then incorporate quality runs to help improve performance.
